Buckin' For A Cause Sponsor Levels

 

Grayson County Shelter 2nd Annual Buckin' For a Cause' 2012 Fundraising Event

Would You Like To Become A Sponsor of the Grayson County Shelter for our Buckin' For A Cause Fundraising Event? We have many ways for you to consider participation below. Remember that all funds will go directly to the Shelter to support the homeless families. Please choose below which sponsorship you are interested in. In Kind Donations of Prizes & Services are available all year long. If you are wanting to participate next year too, please let us know that and give Ashley or Bill a call at 903-465-6041.

Deadline: Sponsorship information must be received by August 15, 2012, for guaranteed inclusion in pre-event press release, media and event banner, as applicable.

Sponsor Registration: You may register by clicking on the button for each level below, or by mailing the form in the drop down menu above.

Sponsorship Levels:

Chute Sponsor - $750 Sponsorship will include:

• 8 Entry tickets
• Verbal recognition at the Event each time a bull comes out of that chute
• Name to appear on Event banners with Logo
• Inclusion in all Event media releases & Newsletters & Mass Emails
• Company logo or name on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website
• Company logo or name on the official banners
• Local Radio & TV Spots
• 2x6 Banner above Chute (supplied by sponsor)

Bounty Bull Sponsor - $500 Sponsorship will include:

(If rider stays on the bull, he takes home the money. If he falls, the shelter splits money with stock provider)

• 6 Entry tickets
• Verbal recognition as a Bounty Bull Sponsor
• Name to appear on Event banner with logo
• Inclusion in all Event media releases
• Company logo or name on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website as a Bounty Bull Sponsor
• Company logo or name on the official banners
• Local Radio & TV Spots
• 2x6 Banner placed in high visibility location (supplied by sponsor)

Gold Buckle Sponsor - $500 will include:

• 6 Entry tickets
• Verbal recognition as a Gold Buckle Sponsor
• Name to appear on Event banner with logo
• Inclusion in all Event media releases
• Mention on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website as a Gold Sponsor
• Company logo or name on the official banners
• Local Radio & TV Spots
• 2x6 Banner placed in high visibility location (supplied by sponsor)

Wrangler Sponsor - $250 Sponsorship will include:

• 4 Entry tickets
• Name to appear on the Event banners with logo
• Mention on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website as a Wrangler Sponsor
• 2x6 Banner placed on wall around arena (supplied by sponsor)

Cowboy Sponsor - $100 Sponsorship will include:

• 2 Entry tickets
• Name to appear on the Event banners with logo
• Mention on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website as a Cowboy Sponsor

Kids Calf Scramble Sponsor and Belt Buckle Sponsor - In Kind Gift Certificate will include:

• 2 Entry tickets
• Name to appear on the Event banners with logo
• Mention on the official Buckin' for a Cause Website as a Special Event Sponsor
• Verbal recognition as a Special Event Sponsor
